Pros

I cannot think of another company that I can compare this to. Vantage really does have a culture of caring for not only their personnel, But all the people in all aspects of business from suppliers, to customers and everywhere in between. Vantage does live through their core values from the top all the way down through the ranks.

Cons

Every organization has ups and downs. I do not think it would be fair to list anything that is a personal con for me as others may see it as something indifferent to them.

Vantage is a hidden gem! The word has recently gotten out and spreading fast. If you have not heard of Vantage yet, it is the best kept secret in the data center industry you need to know! A fast-growing company that has a tenured executive leadership team with more growth on the way in 2024 and beyond. The company continues to adopt new tools, technologies, and improve processes, including the candidate and employee experience.

Cons

Vantage is a fun, fast-paced environment that still has an entrepreneurial feel to it most days. If you are someone who likes something new, different, and enjoys learning/adapting to things on the fly, you will find a world of opportunity for yourself here at Vantage!

Pros

One of the best things about Vantage is the People. I really enjoy working with everyone at Vantage. For me personally, I like the work life balance it provides. There is a general feel that they care about their employees and their wellbeing.

Cons

One Con I can think of is that there could be better communication between departments and from the trickle down from the Exec level down.
