Terrible bullying blame culture It is like the awful construction companies of old with terrible just do it and get on with it attitudes. Some departments are better than others culture wise Very party culture orientated not great for diversity or inclusion Staff driven out by poor management.

Great company to work for. The team I'm on is very friendly. Everyone is willing to help each other out, and management is always looking out for the employees as much as they are the company.

Cons

A lot of growing pains, and standards are still in development. Sometime its hard to know who is making what decision.
