A growing and expanding company. According to the values, should be a good place for work.

Cons

The management team in Luxembourg as well as some HR managers were dishonest. A lot of promises, lies and manipulations. The values (such as integrity, ...) of the company were not respected at all. Some managers with lack of managing skills and expertise in their field. Some managers as well as some employees emotionally very weak, creating bad atmosphere withing the office in Luxembourg. And issues with the organization and communication.

There is zero upside to working here. If anything, this organization is quickly (and very publicly) becoming a ubiquitous blemish on CVs globally.

Cons

This is hands down the worst organization I've ever worked for. For an establishment that touts the likes of "no ego, no arrogance" and "equity, diversity, and inclusivity", I (along with droves of others) have never witnessed such severe levels of hypocrisy and toxicity in a workplace. All those open roles you see... those are just skeletons of unsatisfied employees who left for greener pastures. Don't believe all the hype, all the smoke and mirros, all the proclomations of "growth" - growth isn't a valid excuse for high attrition.
