Pros

I was hired as a fresh graduate, since then I never looked back. Very friendly environment, Service Delivery Head- Gem of a person(Trust me you will never get a Boss like him.) It's been 3 years and still going strong. Good organization.

Cons

Not many, I am quite satisfied. If possible please change the location. Otherwise, all good.

Good Client list. Good for freshers to join. Good Infrastructure. they provide CAB.

Cons

No process & policy. Policies (Spl. incentive) get changes without notice in back date. Incentive & Salary delay. Only junior and Mid level requirements. to work on weekends
