Pros

Stick to their words, whether official or unofficial Perks and facilities are provided that are not provided by most of the recruitment/outsourcing firms HR visits 2-3 times a month and very quick to resolve your problems Don't have to bear the pain of calling again and again, everything is resolved over a few email exchanges Good but few client Base (GE, Netapp,Cisco etc) meaning you get to work for one of them
