Pros

Great team of co-workers that do whatever it takes to satisfy customers. One of the two co-founders is still involved, but as a contractor, but he is amazing.

Cons

The inability to successfully create a scalable platform caused issues with selling new services and created problems with delivering products on time. Every year was a net new and different comp plan that finally was too hard to manage and caused too much turnover for sales.
