      Pros

      Varonis offers an industry leading security solution that is very intuitive and fun to use. The Varonis suite as a whole is rather large and covers many areas that customers need more eyes into their environment. With all of that said, it is very enjoyable working with customers. The internal teams work very well together, there is plenty of support and resources available for employes. Continuous training available to stay up to date on the latest.

      Everyone is 100% professional Everyone is pulling in the same direction Customers love the products t Important mission - keeping data safe Plenty of staff who have been with the company for a long time

      Fast pace and metrics-driven management might not be for everyone. You can't "hide" - everyone must do their job.

      I've been at Varonis for more than 5 years and it has been an incredible journey. With great products, great leaders with vision and nice place to work in, it's definitely one of the place to be.

      You need to like challenges at all level and at some point we see a lot of process but some of them are useful in a business perspective
