      Pros

      Great benefits, company vehicle and gas card, unlimited opportunity for learning new things to advance your career in the field. Working with your hands and interacting with new people every day.

      Cons

      Your days will vary in length depending on your jobs for the day. Physically demanding especially in the summer heat. Dealing with people (Can be said for almost every job)

      Pros

      Solid company, nice/friendly coworkers/management, job security, good 401k plan. They have a nice office.

      Cons

      Their training program and operating systems need improvements. Their work environment can be stressful at times.
