It's not a terrible place to start your career.

Cons

There are not many growth opportunities or pay increases. The stress is not worth the little money they give you. I wouldn't work there for more than a year or two.

Our Compensation team conducts reviews of the market frequently to make sure we are keeping up with our peers and providing competitive yearly increases to all team members who are in good standing. In addition, since we have increased our remote work opportunities there are a lot more growth opportunities across all of Vector Security, as long as you are in good standing (i.e. by meeting time in position requirements and not on corrective action, etc.). Pam Petrow does as good of a job to manage the company as she can. Needs to know if issues within branch that goes unaddressed.

Cons

Manager aware of hostile work environment with bullying and harassment and allows it to happen. States he doesn’t know how to change it.Numerous employees have left as a result of 2 employees being allowed to “run” branch instead of manager running it.
