      Pros

      Since coming to Vector in 2018, I have been very pleased to work for a company that supports its employees and customers to a higher degree than any of our competitors. Vector truly cares about growing its employees to be on the cutting edge of the industry. Upper Management treats you as part of the team and is very approachable if you need help and really listens to ideas that employees have.

      Vector Security is and has been a very employee focused company. As a tenured employee I have seen the investments made in employee development. Many opportunities for advancement are available within time and with accountable efforts.

      Some opportunities require a location move, so may limit what opportunities are available if you do not have area flexibility.
