Open communicate in workplace. A lot of trust in technicians which eliminates micromanagement. There is room for growth .

Short shaft which can make it hard to move around in the company to different aspects of security installation world.

Great team atmosphere, very good and thorough training, excellent environment. I actually liked going to work.

Cons

The pay was lower than what I was expecting for a technical job. I think they need a redundant central station.
