My boss was patient and supportive of how far I’ve come. I knew as long as I was on too of my work I had back up when I received backlash from other departments.

Was previously fairly hands-off and allowed sales people to perform without getting in their way, which was the only thing that made the place slightly bareable.

Cons

Little to no organizational support, inconsistent service and offerings from branch to branch, no real value proposition of "why Vector"
