      Great first sales job, good people, good training, flexible with work/life balance

      Cons

      As a sales rep, you need leads to get paid. They only give you a very limited amount of leads and expect you to get the rest on your own. They expect you to door knock in all kinds of weather and promote the company but dont care if you dont make enough to feed your family

      Cons

      Very poor management. Management is very reactive, will not even address for seen issues proactively. Always putting out fires, never addressing anything prior to having a problem. Working up to 20 hours overtime a week and get threatened with mandatory Saturdays. The management staff in the company is absolutely horrendous. Constant increases in employee contributions for healthcare, below cost of living wage increases.
