Work with good people, opportunity for growth. Always busy, no downtime or staring at the clock. Managers interested in their employees growth.

Cons

Company is growing, and struggling with employees and management that don't want to change. The learning curve is long. Parking is limited.

The biggest thing I can come up with is the insurance benefits decent. I honestly can't really think of anything else.

Cons

Corrupt management. Not all...but most. I was basically taught how NOT to treat people in this office. Almost everyone seems miserable and fake.
