Pros

Its an ok company with lots of benefits. The managers are very understanding and the company is family oriented. You take your vehicle home, you have great hours to work. Im a service tech so I mostly replace batteries, sometimes you might have to do an install depending on the job. You get to work on different systems.

Cons

My branch its located in Maryland but we cover DC, MD, VA and sometimes DE. the travel can be long at times. The Pay is not life changing unless your selling out your Butt. Nothing too bad to say I just think my tech days have ran its course.

Company does not seem to invest in local advertising, thereby, limiting exposure and and gained market share.
