Changing culture

Pros

Executives and management are pushing for positive changes to the business. The culture is good, and there are a lot of friendly and compassionate people working here. It's a solid business, and continually grows measurably over time.

Cons

There are some roadblocks to change, it's very slow-going, and people stuck in the old ways of thinking about home security. The business model is getting a lot more resistance because of long contracts which have been a core function of the business for so long, it will be hard to shift away from that model.
