Decent Pay to start. That's it.

Cons

Ridiculous workload, coupled with non-stop phone calls from different departments, adds up to a stressful work environment. This is not helped by the management team that never seem to actually assist whenever workplace conflicts arise from employees with whom they have questionable relationships with. Plenty of room for promotion, but it's because the ridiculous turnover rate means that there are job openings in every department maybe every other week.

I am a full time employee working in the sales department at Vector Security for many years. They are a great place to work and have recently made some changes to the management staff which has brought about some positive changes. The employees and management are nice to work for in a pleasant working environment. The benefits are very good as well.

Cons

It would be nice to get a bonus at the end of the year.

Decent pay. Great hours. Awesome work environment. Amazing management who is very down to earth and accessible. Great PTO time and 401k package. Great business practices and ethics. Great incentives packages.

Cons

Not the best pay for office staff. Could do better at training. Expensive, high deductible health insurance.

Poor management. Forced to work overtime to compensate for poor quality service. Poor judgement. Hostile work environment. Tenured employees have all quit and all employees are new. Poor training. Poor hiring strategy. Misjudgment upon new employees. All teams argue with each other over not completing work. Management is never available. Hostile, toxic work environment, don’t take anyone’s seat or else you will be reprimanded.
