      Pros

      The Company makes software that supports first responders, universities, and other great causes. Fellow colleagues seem to enjoy their work, making them a pleasure to work with. Depending on your role, you may be able to work remotely. Video calls and daily standups or touch points and you do not feel isolated. Opportunities to promote and/or move around from within the organization. Senior level management is supportive.

      There was and is a high turnover rate in the HR Department. Lack of diversity amongst the team. Very conservation mindset. The CEO openly curses in a professional environment.
