Easy to burn yourself out in a SDR role. Goals are hard to consistently hit month after month

Pros

I've worked here for over 5 years and have really appreciated the current executive leadership and their commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction. They have listened and made great improvements to the employee experience. Additionally, the team members are supportive and helpful, making Vector Solutions a great place to work.

Cons

Downside is not necessarily a downside but fact is that we are consistently working to improve processes and performance which can lead to changes and transitions. The silver lining is there is opportunity for growth.
