Vector Solutions is a great place to work I have been at this company for over 7 years. It is all around the most supportive, welcoming and customer focused company I have ever worked for. One reason I started working at Vector Solutions over 7 years ago is that they truly believe in serving hero's everyday and that has never changed.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any Cons regarding Vector Solutions they are always improving for example this year we are adding as an employee benefit Pet Insurance which as a dog mom is super exciting.
