It's very easy to stand behind products that help make the world smarter, safer, and better. We provide everyday heroes with training and technology to help them mitigate risk, remain informed, and overall be more efficient. The executive and local leadership teams are very passionate about this mission, which provides a great influence on all team members. Employees are regularly invited to ask questions to leadership, which are addressed at quarterly all-hands meetings. Overall, we have a very positive, friendly, and passionate team culture. Also, the flexibility and people-first mentality during the pandemic have been outstanding.

Cons

We work through the same growing pains that most successful, expanding companies do. There are sometimes limited resources, which require extra hours to compensate. Progress, especially in the tech industry, requires ongoing change. While some employees thrive with these improvements others sometimes struggle to see the value in new proccesses or technology.

Pros

This is a culture of kindness, integrity, collaboration, and passion about the work we do and for the industries and customers we serve. Joined the company during COVID, so I've been remote from day one, but the company has done such a great job keeping us encouraged and engaged. The swag, the regular communication, the virtual pizza party, the diversity and inclusion speaker, are all small things that add up and make an employee feel valued and part of something good.

Cons

One could think about going through a rebrand and managing acquisitions as a con, but I have been in this situation before with other companies and I think they're handling it brilliantly.
