I wish that the all acquired entities would conform to the culture in Tampa. I wish that we could be included in the company events.

Pros

The company is going through much change and growth however it's an exciting time. I'm so lucky to be able to go in to a job I love and contribute at a high level every day. Our Senior Executive team has a vision and they communicate very transparently about the changes, growth, vision and direction of the company. As is relates to my development the HR team has developed career paths and LMS training specific to each role. I've had career conversations with my manager who is supportive of my goals and development. Our Benefits through Cigna and our new 401k plan have improved for 2018 and are better then any company I have ever worked for. I'm taking advantage of Tuition Reimbursement this year to invest in my own growth. I definitely see a future with me at Vector Solutions and am excited about what's ahead!

Cons

The company is going through a lot of change. For me I enjoy the fast paced environment, great culture, and work life balance.

The culture here is amazing. Big camaraderie not only on individual teams but as a whole company. Compensation is generous.

Cons

Lots of change, ALL THE TIME. But if you can roll with the punches, and have a good attitude to understand that change comes with growth, then you're fine.
