We are going through a lot of change but it's an exciting time at Vector Solutions! With change comes growth. We pride ourselves on being innovative, exploring new technology and transparency with our employees. We just completed our Sales Meetings to kick off 2018 and we think team members are invigorated and excited about the vision, direction and plans ahead. We are open to ideas and provide a few avenues for our employees to speak up. We have a forum for employee feedback, Bright Ideas (new ideas or recommended changes), lots of shout outs and employee Recognition. We are growing and changing and this may not be an environment for people who like a constant, steady, tedious environment.

We are so glad to hear the great feedback on work life balance and that we are a forward thinking organization. We agree. The good news on the compensation piece is that for all employees this year we are conducting a market analysis based on geography, position, years of experience, number of direct reports and many other factors. This has allowed us to right size our talent and ensure fair market salaries are paid across the board. You can always reach out to your Manager or HR if you have additional questions or concerns.
