Vector truly allows people to take control of their business and their professional lives. They provide the tools and the place to create income, have benefits, and a little fun. Vector is sociably responsible and promotes that employees get involved in feel good activities.

Cons

No matter where one works there are challenges either from personalities to decisions that affect you but are good for the whole. Nothing is perfect.
