Pros

none, the company is full of untruths.

Cons

I worked in recruiting and they way the recruited was like nothing I have seen in 16 yrs of recruiting.. stringing candidates along for months before saying to the recruiter "we are closing the position at this time, tell the applicant sorry." Its awful. I myself was hired as a remote sr. talent acquisition partner,.. 3 months into my position I was told that I had to go into the office since I live 30 mins away, and that other recruiters did not... Then 6 months into my role, I was told that the ATS system that they used did not show I was a Senior Talent Acquisition partner,.. so I'd be demoted or let go,.. That was my venture with Vector Solutions,.. The executive team does not care, terrible HR leadership,,... and zero diversity!!. There are soo many places to work,.. RUN from VECTOR SOLUTIONS!

Pros

- It was a job - Interesting industry which has room for growth

Cons

- They pay you as little as possible. If you start making too much money, they will change your commission plan. - Benefits are very expensive - It takes 6 years to be fully vested in the 401k. - Most people are doing two jobs and are overworked. - All employees are on top of each other which makes it hard to hear while you are on the phone. - Some members of the Executive Team are never in the office and one key member works out of the state of Florida.
