I feel like I had several mentors in the position and my direct managers were always helpful and willing to help you develop.

Cons

Big company, easy to get lost in the mess and not a ton of growth opportunities.

Pros

Excellent company. Personable CEO who strives to know every employee. Nice recognition from corporate for a job well done. Bonus package adequate. Sales driven environment.

Cons

Managers who are overworked due to staff reductions. Not enough full time positions available. Upper management doesn't understand the daily course of business in the branches. They say they care for the client but unless you sell them a product; you're not doing a good job. Ostracized if you bring an issue forth by speaking candidly.

Cons

Not enough career growth unless strictly involved in banking and finance. More job shadowing and opportunity exposure. More defined work-career pathing.
