some employees have years of experience and knowledge and really care about the customers. sales employees are compensated based on production.

Cons

corporate driven, fewer career opportunities, low tolerance for risk in lending, and many departments feel isolated from the rest.

Really great growth opportunities. Friendly upper management. Good working environment. Training was really comprehensive. Perks were generous at times. Full benefits, even for part-time.

Cons

Outdated technology. Low pay. Not very much PTO. I believe I was given two weeks vacation when I started, but had to wait three months before it began to accrue.
