Management is terrible. Very political. Where you go depends on how you look and whose behind you kiss hardest.

The pay was good for entry level. There are some good benefits such as health insurance and tuition reimbusment even for part time employees.

Cons

This is a very unorganized company. The managment level is somewhat incompetent for the most part. People are taken advantage of.
