Veeva's CEO is intolerantly devoted to his own opinions and prejudices becoming more unhinged every day. Derogatory statements, childish communication, and micromanagement is an unspoken core value at HQ. GMs, SVPs, and VPs are shaky puppets, strung on loose string, dancing to the tune of the maniacal chief puppeteer for a buck. Bucks flow freely while VEEV reported earnings explode and executives turn a blind eye to the inner chaos. Many are leaving.....more will follow and the house of cards will fall. 18-24 months of growth before catastrophic failure ensues without stern intervention. Join Veeva to make a buck for a few months. But, be prepared to kiss your integrity, creativity, and humanity goodbye. Avoid Veeva until the Board intervenes and installs a new CEO.

There is only one way to do things. - A very painful experience and I hope others do not have to go through the same. HR, if you see this, marketing leadership can benefit from leadership training, and empathy to avoid high turnover rates, unhappy past employees, and just a negative work culture!
