      if you're lucky you'll get a decent Manager who's not groomed by Veeva

      Cons

      Everything from CEO to everyone in leadership. People are just hypocrites No room for growth unless you can lick management and be their pet

      Autonomy, work from home, decent salary

      I have been here a few years and used to love my job. In the last few years, it seems like the bottom line is all that matters. Trainers' schedules are loaded to the maximum. PTO has been decreased - we used to have "unlimited" PTO but now it is 3 weeks for US employees.
