Appreciates the company provide a stocked kitchen, Thursday Social Hour, closed for year-end holiday season, and year-end bonuses.

Cons

Definitely no growth opportunities with the company.

Pros

Company has a young start-up feel with older employees. Everyone was friendly and a little quirky. Good benefits and pay!

Cons

The product is past its prime and needed an overhaul. Pricing needs to be looked at as an issue, not very competitive in the marketplace from that perspective.
