Pros

- Happy Hour Thursdays (weekly)!!!! - Good pay - Health benefits (better than the public Fortune 500 company I came from) - Great office with amazing views of the ocean and LAX - Free food and drinks - Transparent CEO (Tells it like it is, employees can ask anything in All Hands meetings and he answers every question! No question is off the table) - We are creating a new space in SaaS - Well-funded and growing

Cons

- We work pretty hard here... - Wish we would focus on less priorities - Can't hire the right people fast enough, we have so much to do

* Smart, fun co-workers * Good salary * Interesting work * Learning opportunities * Location is fun * Flexible hours * Employee lounge is awesome: big screen TV, couch, upright video game machine with hundreds of games * Stocked kitchen

* Little opportunity for promotions * Health care benefits aren't great * Work space is a bit tight and can often get loud

Growing industry and company, the people, perks, stock options, opportunity to make a measurable impact on company performance, great view of LAX and the ocean from the office, free drinks and snacks.

Cons

Company name does not do the current solution and its awesome capabilities justice.
