I absolutely love the culture here. The people here are very nice and friendly and are always here to help. - Great work/life balance - Casual dress - Awesome office - Open door policy - you can really get all the help you need

Cons

In some departments, turnover is low, which is wonderful, but there are not always quick promotion opportunities. If you're looking for long term, though, this is great.
