Pros

Great Culture & Teams to work with; Fair market salaries and benefits which they consistently review to stay ahead; Great Executive Team who is not above mixing it up with all levels throughout the company. Knows and supports the work hard, play hard mentality. Great facilities and space to work in, with sit/stand desks, game room, cafe and complimentary beverages and coffee.

Cons

Health Care Cost are high, and increases annually...but seems to be for most places this size. Some teams and managers tend to work in silos making a bit challenging at times, but we worked through it.

Pros

People are amazing, very fun culture. Amazing office - game room, sit/stand desks, merch mart location. The training is phenominal. It is very in depth, and they really prepare you for your conversations and cold calling.

Cons

The role is a typical BDR. You are required to make at least 75 calls a day, you will be lucky to speak to five people. The market has been sucked dry, and your success will depend on what territory you are randomly assigned. While there is a clear career path, a lot of associates leave or get fired before their first year is over.

Pros

-Casual dress code/ atmosphere -Easily access to Merch Mart by train -Great training program for new hires to get them comfortable with being on the phones- a lot of great reinforcement training -Occasional fun contests for Sports tix/ PTO / company outings -Sales trip to Mexico/warm location in Jan if you hit your quota for the year -They offer a top-performing software in the market, making it easier to promote

Cons

-Not much room for upward movement -Upper management plays favorites... preferential treatment is almost encouraged -All territories are not created equal -Frequently ridiculous expectations to meet/ exceed quota, for Reps and Associates alike -Market is very saturated- Unless you are working in Enterprise, do not expect to get the greatest accounts -Expectation to hit a certain amount of "tasks" regardless of your actual performance day by day -Frequently difficult to talk on the phones due to an open-floor structure with absolutely no noise control -Being there at your desk 9 hours a day, 5 days a week becomes incredibly stagnant and boring, with nothing but a really nice game room (which you get bored with easily) to distract you from your monotonous work
