These only pertain to Venable Blue, and not the firm at large. Executive leadership is incompetent, untruthful, and unprofessional. Regularly had to work overtime due to executive leadership reversing course at the last minute. Executive leadership speaks to analysts unprofessionally, often times in a bullying manner. Executive leaderships lack of understanding of team projects regularly lead to overtime and increased costs to clients, which then lead to client complaints about costs and reductions in analyst's billable hours (and thus, bonus). Failure for executive leadership to land clients lead to significant amount of billable hours filed as "business development," reducing analyst utilization and thus decreased bonus.
