Colleagues are brilliant, friendly, and care for each other. Partners are brilliant, mostly friendly, and some of them care about your development.

Cons

Perennial traditional biglaw problem: too many bosses, all of whom believe their assignments are the most important. It's an outdated system that should be revamped. Also not much fluidity to work in different practice groups.
