I liked the road trips I took here. It was the only motivating factor that kept me here for so long.

Cons

The work ambiance was filled with stress and pressure. Each employee struggled to meet the expectations of their terrible bosses. We also had to adjust to ridiculously low and often horrible pay that didn’t even cover monthly bills. It was awful to get pennies for so much hard work. I quit to avoid the endless pressure and seek growth elsewhere.

Vendita's work culture is where toxic, arrogant people thrive and those who work hard and possess skills and talents end up leaving. The reason tis due to politics, favoritism, and discrimination where honest employees can't take lies and unethical practices. Beware!
