Pros

It makes you realize that chasing more money isn't always greener.

Cons

This company needs to pay attention that the leadership they hire. None of them have a clue of what they are doing. Managers expect you to be always on call, but they will rarely get back to you if an issue arises. The workload was unmanageable, a never-ending race against time, tight deadlines and an expectation to deliver results at all cots. The constant pressure took a toll on my physical and mental well-being. I highly recommend that you look somewhere else.

You Need a Ton of Patience to Tolerate the Awful CEO

Pros

They provided remote work options, which is the only positive aspect of this section of my review that I can highlight.

Cons

Like many other reviewers, I would also like to highlight the CEO's terrible attitude. This person had no patience and showed horrible aggressive behavior. Threats were made to fire employees over little mistakes. It was ridiculous. Pease save yourself from this torture. You probably deserve better.

It's a good place to learn new technologies.

Cons

Compensation at Vendita was far from adequate. The pay structure is commission-only, which means your earnings are entirely dependent on your ability to make sales. Another downside is that you're expecred to cover your own travel expenses. This added financial burden further diminishes your already meager earnings and contributes to the overall dissatisfaction with the job. Moreover, company focus is on aggressive sales tactics rather than building genuine client relationships or provding valuable services.
