Pros

You will be pushed very hard beyond your limit and it will give you the experience you need.

Cons

Always be prepared that each day might be your last dat at work. If you don't hit your target, you'll will be threatened with your job every single day until the boss decides to fire you.

Pros

The product is good. Smart talented colleagues were everywhere, trying to do their individual best.

Cons

The CEO surrounds himself with a patriarchal culture and a group of yes-mem that has led to a systemic toxicity. He dominates every meeting with no room for professional disagreement or innovative thinking. If you speak up and state the obvious problems with plan to resolve them, your are shunned from meetings and discounted by management. People are afraid to really voice their concerns the way I was.

Pros

You have time to explore some new interests, as management does not have a clue about technology. This gives you the opportunity to investigate current trends given the lack of leadership.

Cons

There are so many to expound upon. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that there will be a lot of hype thrown at the wall to see what sticks. Management makes it all up, and you should not believe a word of it.
