Pros

I now have an idea what kind of people work great in teams and what kind of people can be good leader.

Cons

There are no opportunities for growth and people are more interested in office drama than making the team work together. The leaders are good at having pep talks but always fall short in doing the right action.

Pros

There's some very nice employers but that's it. The CEO doesn't allow for anything to be good for this company.

Cons

Please take the reviews here seriously! There are so many drawbacks with working here. Do not trust reviews that say "none" in the cons section, they are probably fake. CEO is a Sociopath, everything you read on here about the CEO is true. I truly believe it is not possible to implement any type of real culture change at Vendita until the CEO is no longer involved.

They don't work in the real world

Pros

If you got through the initial stages and established your own strategies, you'll be able to pull through for the months to follow.

Cons

Whatever strategies they have and teach in training, they don't work in the real world. Their trainings are basically useless and you'll only learn through experience. You won't make it the first few months if you fret and not try to keep up with your own strategies and wit.
