Pros

As I don't have anything positive that I would like to write here, I will just write anything that I want as I can't leave this section empty.

Cons

It's growing company with fewer resources. So, there's not ample training for you. You just need to make mistakes, get scolded fro them, and learn from them. I didn't like this approach, so I quit!

Pros

There were no good qualities about this firm except the flexibility

Cons

Really bad management, no backbone or leadership. Force you to lie to customers regularly. Employees are often leaving to go to another company to do the same job for better pay and environment.

Pros

Location in a nice office area, remote work options, compensation not too bad for the lowball Tampa market, HR and admin people efficient and friendly

Cons

CEO is obsessed with achieving the impossible in the product and loses his proverbial fecal matter if things don't go his way. Any teeny tiny bug that shows up in a demo he threatens to fire the whole company. The methodology is "wannabe Agile" with ONE week sprints so half the week is scrum ceremonies, and then he rants why hardly any work gets done. He screams some more and then goes sailing in his boat to cool off.
