Pros

None that I can think of or share.

Cons

As it seems with many others, the company I worked for was acquired by Vensure with the promise that nothing would change for us. This was obviously not true, as we suddenly found ourselves being integrated into their structure and service model. The entire acquisition process was a complete, disorganized nightmare and was the very first indicator that they did not care much about our company or our people. I felt they did not run a thorough or thoughtful process in aligning our people with the roles in their structure, which led to an unsettling amount of turnover with employees leaving because they did not feel valued or were leveraging their talents where they should be. They also did a poor job (which is an understatement) with transitioning our clients to their Vensure service model, which resulted in extremely high dissatisfaction, and many clients severing their partnerships. Not only did clients lose the exemplary customer service they once received from our company, but they also began seeing unwanted advertisements and solicitations popping up on the HR system's employee web portals as an additional way for Vensure to make cheap money. If you just Google Alex Campos' name, you will find multiple court documents outlining unethical and fraudulent practices and behavior from him and his senior leadership team. This is not a company that you want to work for if you value integrity, compliance, and stewardship. They have implemented extensive monitoring on employees' computers to track what they are doing, including mouse clicks and Teams monitoring, creating an environment of distrust where employees walk on eggshells and fear they will be terminated based on metrics that do not necessarily substantiate their actual work or performance. Perhaps if they invested more time in reassessing their business practices and strategies than tracking what their employees are doing, they could dig themselves out of an unsustainable hole. Their compensation framework is just as disjointed as their overall structure and business strategy. Only SVP-levels or higher are able to see employees' compensation, and a 7% increase is the most you will receive from a promotion, no matter how much additional scope or workload you are taking on. I can only imagine the horrendous and unfair internal inequity. There is much more to say, but this company is trash and I would not want my reputation associated with it in any way. Instead of responding with canned responses to reviews, I hope they sincerely take the time to digest and implement change. I do not see how this company can continue to operate and truly believe it is going to implode one day.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear how frustrated you were during your time with us. We know change is hard, and one of the biggest changes our Division employees face is moving to a new company. But our team members are some of the best in the industry. Vensure and our Divisions move fast, and we put our employees and clients first, which aligns with our people-first model. Part of the partnership process is working with our Integrations team to ensure all employees are in roles that make sense for their skillset. We wish you the absolute best in your future career endeavors.

Pros

Consistent paycheck. Luckily, I never had any issues with this.

Cons

This company has a very outdated work culture. They have very aggressive goals to be the biggest PEO in terms of employee count and how much payroll they process annually, etc, but execution feels very reckless with no regard for their clients or employees. Issues are remedied using very short-sighted bandaid solutions, and any issues caused because of that are solved in the same way with another quick fix. As a result, there always feels like an urgent project needs to be done ASAP, and processes and technologies become very convoluted. There is no transparency and employees never really know what’s going on. Even when you are told what to expect from the C-Suite, priorities and plans seem to change almost immediately. Documenting any communication with upper management becomes a necessity in order to defend yourself and your work.

Our hope for every employee is to have them be a part of our long-term family. As part of our IT team, we recognize the challenges of working in such a fast-paced environment--especially when it comes to the technology aspect of our business. We encourage all employees to share feedback with their manager concerning convoluted processes or reactive vs proactive projects/tasks. If you have additional feedback you'd like to share, you can still reach out to our Employee Experience team with those details. We know that the best ideas come from those with boots on the ground. We are sorry your time with us didn't work out, but we wish you the very best in your future career endeavors. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Pros

They claim one dream one team it is a lie. It is all about management getting their bonus and the sales reps make crap salary and the promise of high commissions is a lie. They are one of the lowest paying in the industry but managers will see a 30% commission.

Cons

You will face daily pressure to exceed your quota, 4x to 6x pipeline at all times or they will cut you. No warning. It is sell hard and sell a lot or you are out. Company is not healthy but they say they are due to investor capital and over 80 company buyouts. They have not done anything to improve those companies. Less than 4% of growth is from sales! Again, not a healthy company. Management knows it and that is why they are beating on the sales folks to sell or get out. They have significant sales turnover and training is becoming less and less because they want new sales people in the field selling right away regardless of training. You will be selling and training at the same time. You will be selling when you don't even know what you are selling yet! Pass on Vensure and find a better company.
