Pros

-There is a Two way cab for both Male and Female employees, which makes safe travel after sleepless nights. -(If) Good team mates and TL and Maganager you got, You can get the works done for the Efforts and Communications you give. -Process is quite differ from other companies. One team is of WC claims, One is for Anesthesiology AR, One for is Radiology AR. -Something is better than nothing so, yes amongst others, Really a Way to pursue your Journey with Strong Self Confidence.

Cons

-Extension untill 100% production achievement in daily basis without fail. -Claim follow up along with Appealing and its follow up with same count target. (superivisors understand, so can communicate to them) -Less Food Court Facility,

Pros

Remote work, team members are nice because they understand the struggles

Cons

Ventra has been one of the most frustrating places to work. The company consistently overloads employees, ignores repeated requests for help, and fails to follow through on issues that directly impact day-to-day operations. Burnout isn’t the exception here—it’s the norm. One of the biggest problems is their approach to offshoring. Ventra offshores every job that isn’t client-facing, regardless of whether the roles require training, context, or real RCM expertise. The offshore teams are often not given the background or education they need to succeed, but tasks continue being pushed to them anyway. This leads to poor-quality work, more rework for onshore staff, and constant client frustration. From what I’ve seen, Ventra is not a strong RCM partner. They don’t operate with a mindset of improving performance for their clients—they operate with a mindset of improving revenue for themselves. Decisions often seem driven by cost-cutting and internal margins rather than what truly supports clients or the employees doing the actual work. Overall, Ventra feels like a company that prioritizes its own bottom line at the expense of employee well-being, client outcomes, and long-term stability. There is a lot of opportunity for improvement, but leadership has to actually acknowledge the problems first—and that hasn’t been my experience.
