      terrible place to work - don't go down with the ship

      flexible wfh days and huge building to get lost in

      no idea what they are doing!!! upper c-suite does not understand their consumer which is going to make this company fail, the marketing is terrible in terms of how she shops and how they shoot the product on the models. There are way to many people with the wrong opinions who take NO accountability. Super sad to see talented people get let go because they don't know how to get out of their own way. Basically is a bunch of people who have never left Fort Wayne with small thinking and no real experience outside of their own bubble.

      Pros

      Very friendly employees for the most part; good benefits; great vacation time if you're there long enough. The founders of the company are fantastic, generous people.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work - a lot of the actual employees there are wonderful people but the current leadership is awful. Totally ruthless and uncaring. This is from firsthand knowledge from other former employees: They eliminated 30+ people across multiple departments in the name of 'cost savings' and then turned around to spend millions on a celebrity influencer. The layoffs for anyone under VP level included a severance based on length of employment, but health insurance was cut off THAT DAY. This included a woman who was mid-pregnancy, people with kids on their insurance, etc. Meanwhile Execs got a year of pay and insurance. The consultant they brought in to decide who would go and who would stay created a completely toxic work environment for everyone involved, turned people against each other, and then they hired this person on to VP level after firing everyone. Just know what you are getting into. Also if you think this isn't true ask anyone who currently works there, this all happened.

      Cons

      Don't get paid time and a half for holidays. Anyone under the Store Manager position is under appreciated and under valued. Laid off ALL full time employees expect for store managers with only a 3 day notice Horrible severance package Declining sales Small raises Not a lot of opportunity for advancement
