Seeing real progress in patients was rewarding, mostly thanks to the therapists' dedication, skill, and passion. Their hard work and commitment made a difference and was genuinely inspiring.

Cons

- Be extremely careful what you sign and accept—read every detail before agreeing - Employees feel trapped with low pay and poor benefits - Raises and recognition are nearly non-existent, even after years of service - Management shows little care for staff, prioritizing themselves over employees - Some senior employees create problems through gossip and blaming others - New employees are unfairly targeted for mistakes they didn't make - Attitudes and behavior from both management and certain staff make the environment hostile and demoralizing

Unpredictable scheduling and last-minute changes made every day more exhausting

The scheduling app actually worked, which is more than can be said for the scheduling itself.

Cons

The most draining issue was how constantly the schedule was reshuffled without warning. Shifts changed overnight, assignments disappeared or reappeared with no explanation, and essential updates were communicated far too late. It created an environment where you couldn’t plan anything because plans never stuck. Instead of offering structure, leadership relied on reactive scrambling that turned even simple tasks into logistical headaches.
