Pros

- The administration cares deeply about improving employee satisfaction. They have improved 10-fold on their willingness to hear constructive feedback and they welcome suggestions from staff members. - Training for ABAT therapist and CSs is good and is only improving. The company also cares deeply about training new staff members and continues to strive for ways to make it more effective. - Free CEU events - Leadership trainings for all supervisors - The pay is good.

Cons

- Sometimes communication breaks down, but the company values teaching core Leadership skills to target barrier removals to improve communication from the top down. - Health care could be better- HR is currently working on this - Do not match 401ks.
