The pay is better than most companies

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen! There’s freedom to develop your own therapy room the way you deem fit but that doesn’t work necessarily for newer BCBAs who are still learning their roles. Giving them too much leeway with no basic foundation can be harmful to clients
