Pros

My team was very organized and we often felt the reward of seeing our children on our team progress. A good supervisor will make all the difference

Cons

I was fired promptly after asking how the company planned to pay people who could not come to work from having COVID, during a virtual town-hall. I was an amazing therapist and worked very hard at my job. I was often recognized for that with great reviews and frequent promotions. The one time I spoke up and advocated for myself, I was let go. I had already put in three weeks notice so I guess they didn’t feel bad letting me go. Their official reasoning for letting me go was “company policy is to give 4 weeks notice when leaving” and that was their way of justifying what they did to me.

Pros

-Good pay -Flexible schedule -Wonderful families to work for (90% of them)

Cons

-No mileage reimbursement -No work computer -No stipend for phone usage -No reimbursement for anything bought for clients -No 401K matching -Only 10 days of PTO -I was told I would get between 6 and 7 clients; I currently have 8 on my caseload -The new pay structure makes it pretty much impossible to advance
