      Company is very different than how it used to be. People are treated like a number, while upper management is focused on looking out for themselves. Not room to advance career with little focus on providing this for employees.

      At the beginning of my career with Valasiss ( 7 years and 3 months), it was a great company to start your career. It had great benefits and great leadership. Not so anymore

      Micromanaging, they want yes people, no room for error.
