Pros

You get paid. They give gift cards and candy to top performer and if you try kinda ish then you'll get it.

Cons

This place is a revolving door for a reason. They told me my schedule was 7:30am to 3pm and training was 8 to 5 and that's what I signed the contract for. They didn't tell me that this would change almost every two week which was fine but annoying because sometimes I wouldn't come in till 11 or 12 and leave 8 or 9. At least I still had a job.. or so I thought. They are based on contracts and they told me they never dont have a contact... this is so untrue. On 5 months of working there I was out of work with no pay (or use up my pto which I ran out of) for 6 weeks. 3 of those weeks were consecutive and during christmas time so I was out of a job right before Christmas with no more pto to use. The manager shows no sympathy when she tells you that you're out of a job for weeks. You're just a number. And they wont tell you until they day before you're out of a job because they dont want you to leave. Training was sub part. I felt unprepared for my job after just 3 days of training you are talking to live customers and being graded on it the same level as everyone else. They also send out emails changing the verification protocol or just put it in a group chat and hope you read it. And if you dont because you were on a call then you get written up for not following it. It takes forever to move up in this company. If you work here just be prepared to be out of a job and super annoyed alot. Alot of people came to work high, had sex in the parking lot, did nasty things at their desks with other people and there was alot of sexual harrassment. As well as a lot of drama, some crazy psycho people worked there.

Make this company your last resort for a job

Pros

Wished I had some.

Cons

There is really no Pros if you do not belong to the inner circle. For the last 6 quarters there has been layoff and the reason The company gives is decreased revenue. The company will not try new ideas to increase revenue and will not lay off employees who have 0 productive because they are from inner circle. I feel sad when there is layoff of hard working employees over the non Productive one who are in the company for 10 plus years and just cause issues and does not allow others to do their job. Make this company your last resort to take employment.

Pros

A paycheck Leaving for the day Vacation time PTO

Cons

They claim to possess integrity and are family oriented but they are anything but! They will give you false hopes and promises and say anything to get you through the door. I was told that I would be paid $12.50/hr, and that training would be for 6 weeks. When I went for orientation (which was for a day and a half), I was told that I would only be paid $12/hr, and that training for the class that I was in (Welcome call for BAC) would only be for four weeks-- two weeks in the classroom, and two weeks of on the job training. The welcome call department consists of cold calling consumers about the benefits of their credit cards (that they more than likely know about). They also backtracked on the gym membership that they promised to pay for. They ended my contract six days after I submitted the paperwork to them, and I was slammed with fees from Gold's Gym. They refused to fix it. In addition, they are very strict and restricting. Except for the MINQ department, you cannot read books. Also, you can’t have paper, pencils or pens while you're on the premises. Your belongings such as your backpack or purse cannot remain with you on the floor, they must remain in a locker. All the departments, except welcome call, have holidays off automatically (President’s day, MLK, and other federal holidays). They don't care about your well-being. Had extreme weather condition one day, and they refused to close (other business in the area closed down for the day), only later in the afternoon did they decide to close-- but they only paid one hour for the people who didn't show up due to the conditions. No chance for growth or advancement, opportunities are only given to people who are favorites, not based on the expertise of the individual. Managers and trainers micromanage people who aren't their favorites or people who don't suck up to them. High turnover rate Micromanagement Favoritism Low wages in comparison to other call centers in the area ($13-16/hr)
